Dr. Khimji obtained his medical degree in Ireland, is a Canadian board certified in Family Medicine, and American board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Aligned with his curiosity and passion for lifelong learning, he is preparing for his American board certification. He has previously worked in rural Medicine (Primary Care Practice, Hospitalist Medicine, Emergency Medicine) and urban Family Medicine. He has an ongoing role as an Urgent Care physician, which reminds him of the importance of disease prevention and reversal.

Outside of clinical practice, you can find Dr. Khimji trying to follow the advice he shares. He enjoys walking, cycling, weightlifting, and time outdoors in nature. The remainder of his leisure time involves reading, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends!

Sartre has worked as a Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist, Coach, and Exercise Clinician (Diabetes Aerobic and Resistance Exercise (DARE) Study). In his undergraduate studies, Sartre worked with a research team in exercise physiology, where he successfully published a paper in exercise physiology. Sartre has volunteered as a nationally certified Special Olympic Coach, a Neuro Rehab Assistant, and a Co-chair of the Emerging Health Leaders. Sartre spent three years in Japan, where he earned a black belt in Judo. His breadth of knowledge allows him to successfully meet clients’ various fitness needs and help them reach their fitness goals through Sartre’s Fitness on the GO business.

Dr. Okonkwo is a caring family doctor who focuses on lifestyle medicine and obesity management. She trained as a doctor overseas and finished her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Calgary. She has worked in many healthcare settings, such as family practice, urgent care, hospital medicine, assisted living, and long-term care.She is dedicated to giving patient-focused, evidence-based care and believes healthy lifestyle choices are important for preventing and managing chronic health problems. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Okonkwo helps train new doctors at the University of Calgary. She aims to give patients the knowledge, support, and tools they need for lasting health and wellness.

Dr. Timothy Adebisi is an experienced family physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. He completed advanced training in the United Kingdom, gaining expertise in family medicine, surgery, and orthopedics before working as a GP in several regions.Dr. Adebisi has a special interest in general dermatology, holding a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University (UK) and additional training in Queensland, Australia. He treats a variety of skin conditions and performs minor procedures for common skin lesions.He also provides specialized chronic pain management, working with a multidisciplinary team, and offers mental health support in collaboration with therapists and psychologists.Dr. Adebisi is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents. He values education, family, and community service, and is known for his approachable, patient-centered care.

Samantha has a Certificate in Applying Health Coaching to Patient Care and comes with experience as a Medical Office Assistant. She finds happiness in getting to know everyone, about their lives and families. Samantha believes that laughter is truly the best medicine and loves connecting with everyone from all walks of life.

She also has an extensive background in office support, administration, and front-line customer service. After receiving her Certification from the Legal Secretary Program at Vancouver Community College, she spent many years working as a Legal Secretary for various British Columbia and Alberta government departments.

In her personal time, you can find Samantha doing yoga, adventuring with her husband, glamping, paddle-boarding with her two boys, gardening, walking her dog or hunkering down with a great book in her quiet place.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and training in Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles and Medical Office Administration. As an RN Nutrition Coach and Health Educator, Fatima supports patients with personalized education, practical nutrition guidance, and compassionate, patient-centered care. She is committed to empowering individuals to make informed, sustainable choices for their long-term health. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

She started working as a Medical Office Assistant at 18 and spent several years in property management, where she built her organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Sam holds a Certificate in Condominium Management and cares deeply about ensuring every patient’s experience is positive. Her friendly nature, eye for detail, and dedication to helping others make her a valued part of the AB Clinic team.When she’s not at work, Sam enjoys music, art, and creative projects at home. She loves listening to her favorite songs, working on furniture upcycling, or planning her next home redesign. The enthusiasm and creativity she brings to these hobbies are the same qualities she brings to her work with patients every day.
